Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Concerning Requirements for Designation or Rescission of the Designation
第九条（指定又は指定の取消しの要件に関する経過措置）
The provisions of the items of Article 49-2, paragraph (2) or the items of paragraph (3) of the Public Assistance Act as Amended in 2014 (including as these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (4) of that Article (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 54-2, paragraph (4) of the Public Assistance Act as Amended in 2014), and as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 54-2, paragraph (4) and Article 55, paragraph (2) of the Public Assistance Act as Amended in 2014) or the items of Article 51, paragraph (2) of the Public Assistance Act as Amended in 2014 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 54-2, paragraph (4) and Article 55, paragraph (2) of the Public Assistance Act as Amended in 2014) apply to a person who has been sentenced to the penalty or subjected to the disposition prescribed in those provisions by reason of an act committed on or after the Effective Date, or a person who has committed an act prescribed in those provisions on or after the Effective Date.
平成二十六年改正後生活保護法第四十九条の二第二項各号若しくは第三項各号（これらの規定を同条第四項（平成二十六年改正後生活保護法第五十四条の二第四項において準用する場合を含む。）並びに平成二十六年改正後生活保護法第五十四条の二第四項及び第五十五条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）又は第五十一条第二項各号（平成二十六年改正後生活保護法第五十四条の二第四項及び第五十五条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、施行日以後にした行為によりこれらの規定に規定する刑に処せられた者若しくは処分を受けた者又は施行日以後にこれらの規定に規定する行為を行った者について適用する。
