Supplementary Provisions, Article 80Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Public Assistance Act
第八十条（生活保護法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 84-3 of the Public Assistance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 78 of the Supplementary Provisions apply to persons who are admitted to or move into a facility or residence prescribed in that Article on or after the Effective Date.
附則第七十八条の規定による改正後の生活保護法第八十四条の三の規定は、施行日以後に、同条に規定する施設又は住居に入所し、又は入居した者について、適用する。
