If any of the following items applies, the Commissioner of the Tourism Agency must give public notice of any of the following cases pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism:
観光庁長官は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、その旨を公告しなければならない。
if the Commissioner has made a disposition pursuant to the provisions of Article 62, paragraph (1) or (2); or
if the Commissioner requests the revocation of registration under Article 63, paragraph (1) or (2) or the suspension of business under paragraph (1) of that Article.
