"Local incorporated administrative agency" in this Act means a local incorporated administrative agency as prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Local Incorporated Administrative Agency Act (Act No. 118 of 2003).
この法律において「地方独立行政法人」とは、地方独立行政法人法（平成十五年法律第百十八号）第二条第一項に規定する地方独立行政法人をいう。
