Supplementary Provisions
The law as Act Partially Amending the Health Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 31 of 2026) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.

The "public share of the support levy" in paragraphs (1) and (2) means the total of the amounts set forth in the following items.
第一項及び第二項の「支援納付金公費負担額」とは、次の各号に掲げる額の総額をいう。
the amount of the share of the national treasury under Article 70, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8 (hereinafter in this item referred to as the "New National Health Insurance Act"), the amount of the adjusting subsidy under Article 72, paragraph (1) of the New National Health Insurancethat Act and the amount to be transferred under Article 72-2, paragraph (1) of the New National Health Insurancethat Act (limited to the part pertaining to the costs required for payment of the children and child-rearing support levy), the amounts to be transferred under Article 72-3, paragraph (1), Article 72-3-2, paragraph (1), Article 72-3-3, paragraph (1) and Article 72-4, paragraph (1) of the New National Health Insurancethat Act, and the amount of the subsidy under Article 73, paragraphparagraphs (1) of the New National Health Insuranceand (6) of that Act (limited to the part specified by Cabinet Order as the part pertaining to the costs required for payment of the children and child-rearing support levy);
第八条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下この号において「新国民健康保険法」という。）第七十条第一項の規定による国庫負担金、新国民健康保険同法第七十二条第一項の規定による調整交付金及び新国民健康保険同法第七十二条の二第一項の規定による繰入金の額（子ども・子育て支援納付金の納付に要する費用に係る部分に限る。）並びに新国民健康保険同法第七十二条の三第一項、第七十二条の三の二第一項、第七十二条の三の三第一項及び第七十二条の四第一項の規定による繰入金並びに新国民健康保険同法第七十三条第一項及び第六項の規定による補助の額（子ども・子育て支援納付金の納付に要する費用に係る部分として政令で定める部分に限る。）
