Until the date specified by the Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People, in Article 69, the phrase "and old-old aid, contribution for administrative expenses related to the old-old and contribution for administrative expenses related to childbirth and childcare under that Act (hereinafter referred to as "old-old aid, etc.")" is deemed to be replaced with ", old-old aid, contribution for administrative expenses related to the old-old and contribution for administrative expenses related to childbirth and childcare under that Act (hereinafter referred to as "old-old aid, etc."), and bed conversion support payment, etc. under that Act (hereinafter referred to as "bed conversion support payment, etc.")"; in Article 70, paragraph (1), the phrase "and old-old aid under that Act (hereinafter referred to as "old-old aid")" is deemed to be replaced with ", old-old aid under that Act (hereinafter referred to as "old-old aid") and bed conversion support payment under that Act (hereinafter referred to as "bed conversion support payment")"; in item (ii) of that paragraph, the phrase "and old-old aid" is deemed to be replaced with ", old-old aid and bed conversion support payment"; in Article 73, paragraphsparagraph (1) and paragraph (2) of that Article (including cases where applied mutatis mutandis with terms replaced pursuant to paragraph (7) of that Article), the phrase "and old-old aid" is deemed to be replaced with ", old-old aid and bed conversion support payment"; and in Article 75, Article 75-7, paragraph (1), Article 76, paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of that Article (including cases where applied with terms replaced pursuant to the preceding Article), and Article 81-2, paragraph (1011), items (iv) and (v), the phrase "and old-old aid, etc." is deemed to be replaced with ", old-old aid, etc. and bed conversion support payment, etc.".
高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律附則第二条に規定する政令で定める日までの間、第六十九条中「並びに同法の規定による後期高齢者支援金、後期高齢者関係事務費拠出金及び出産育児関係事務費拠出金（以下「後期高齢者支援金等」という。）」とあるのは「、同法の規定による後期高齢者支援金、後期高齢者関係事務費拠出金及び出産育児関係事務費拠出金（以下「後期高齢者支援金等」という。）並びに同法の規定による病床転換支援金等（以下「病床転換支援金等」という。）」と、第七十条第一項中「及び同法の規定による後期高齢者支援金（以下「後期高齢者支援金」という。）」とあるのは「、同法の規定による後期高齢者支援金（以下「後期高齢者支援金」という。）及び同法の規定による病床転換支援金（以下「病床転換支援金」という。）」と、同項第二号中「及び後期高齢者支援金」とあるのは「、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金」と、第七十三条第一項及び同条第二項（同条第七項において読み替えて準用する場合を含む。）中「及び後期高齢者支援金」とあるのは「、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金」と、第七十五条、第七十五条の七第一項、第七十六条第一項及び同条第二項（前条の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）並びに第八十一条の二第十一項第四号及び第五号中「及び後期高齢者支援金等」とあるのは「、後期高齢者支援金等及び病床転換支援金等」とする。
