Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act
第三条（介護保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to an Insured Person Subject to Domicile Exception prescribed in Article 13, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act") who, at the time of enforcement of the provisions set forth in item (ii) of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, is actually living in a Specified Facility listed in Article 13, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Former Long-Term Care Insurance Act (excluding one that falls under a Specified Facility listed in Article 13, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Long-Term Care Insurance Act")), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に第一条の規定による改正前の介護保険法（以下「旧介護保険法」という。）第十三条第一項第二号に掲げる特定施設（第一条の規定による改正後の介護保険法（以下「新介護保険法」という。）第十三条第一項第二号に掲げる特定施設に該当するものを除く。）に入居している旧介護保険法第十三条第一項に規定する住所地特例対象被保険者については、なお従前の例による。
