Supplementary Provisions, Article 5
第五条
The government, in conducting a review pursuant to the provisions of the preceding three Articles, must give full consideration to the opinions on matters pertaining to the review, when such opinions have been submitted by a local government or other relevant person.
政府は、前三条の規定による検討をするに当たって、地方公共団体その他の関係者から、当該検討に係る事項に関する意見の提出があったときは、当該意見を十分に考慮しなければならない。
