A prefectural governor must give public notice of the name of the establisher of said Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly, the location of said Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly, and other matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in the following cases:
都道府県知事は、次に掲げる場合には、当該指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者の名称、当該指定介護老人福祉施設の所在地その他の厚生労働省令で定める事項を公示しなければならない。
when an appointment as service provider as set forth in the main clause of Article 48, paragraph (1), item (i) is determined;
第四十八条第一項第一号の指定をしたとき。
when the appointment as service provider as set forth in Article 48, paragraph (1), item (i) is declined pursuant to the provisions of Article 91;
第九十一条の規定による第四十八条第一項第一号の指定の辞退があったとき。
when an appointment as service provider as set forth in Article 48, paragraph (1), item (i) is rescinded, or the effect of the whole or a part of an appointment as service provider is suspended, pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article or Article 115-35, paragraph (6).
前条第一項又は第百十五条の三十五第六項の規定により第四十八条第一項第一号の指定を取り消し、又は指定の全部若しくは一部の効力を停止したとき。
