An Insurance Premium and other levies as prescribed in this Act that a Municipality collects are to be revenue as prescribed in Article 231-3, paragraph (3) of the Local Autonomy Act.
市町村が徴収する保険料その他この法律の規定による徴収金は、地方自治法第二百三十一条の三第三項に規定する法律で定める歳入とする。
