Article 124-3Contribution toward Expenses of Community Support Projects for Insured Persons to Whom the Domicile Exception Applies
第百二十四条の三（住所地特例適用被保険者に係る地域支援事業に要する費用の負担金）
A Municipality is to bear, pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, as expenses necessary for Community Support Projects, the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order with regard to the expenses necessary for Community Support Projects conducted by the Municipality Where the Facility Is Located, in which the Facility Subject to Domicile Exception where an Insured Person to Whom the Domicile Exception Applies is undergoing Admission, etc. is located, for Insured Persons to Whom the Domicile Exception Applies by Long-Term Care Insurance provided by said Municipality.
市町村は、政令で定めるところにより、当該市町村が行う介護保険の住所地特例適用被保険者に対して、当該住所地特例適用被保険者が入所等をしている住所地特例対象施設の所在する施設所在市町村が行う地域支援事業に要する費用について、政令で定めるところにより算定した額を、地域支援事業に要する費用として負担するものとする。
