The provisions of Article 9, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act apply mutatis mutandis to an Establisher of an integrated facility for medical and long-term care, the provisions of Article 14-4 and Article 15, paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of that Act apply mutatis mutandis to a manager of an integrated facility for medical and long-term care, and the provisions of Article 30 of that Act apply mutatis mutandis to a disposition pursuant to the provisions of Article 114-3, Article 114-4, paragraph (1), Article 114-5, paragraph (3) and Article 114-6, paragraph (1). In this case, the necessary technical replacement of terms in these provisions is provided by a Cabinet Order.
医療法第九条第二項の規定は、介護医療院の開設者について、同法第十四条の四並びに第十五条第一項及び第三項の規定は、介護医療院の管理者について、同法第三十条の規定は、第百十四条の三、第百十四条の四第一項、第百十四条の五第三項及び第百十四条の六第一項の規定による処分について準用する。この場合において、これらの規定に関し必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
