A Municipality, when an Insured Person who has received Certification of Needed Support and who receives support in a residence room in a registered Fee-Based Home for the Elderly (hereinafter in this Article and the following Article referred to as "insured Person Requiring Support in a registered facility") receives from a person designated by the mayor of said Municipality (or, for registered facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support for an Insured In-Home Person Requiring Support to Whom the Domicile Exception Applies, the Municipality Where the Facility Is Located) (herein referred to as "Designated Registered Facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support Provider") the registered facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support provided by a provider that performs the registered facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support Business pertaining to said designation (herein referred to as "Designated Registered Facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support"), pays to said insured Person Requiring Support in a registered facility an Allowance for Registered Facility Preventive Long-Term Care Service Plan for the expenses required for said Designated Registered Facility Preventive Long-Term Care Support.
市町村は、要支援認定を受けた被保険者のうち登録有料老人ホームにおける居室において支援を受けるもの（以下この条及び次条において「登録施設要支援被保険者」という。）が、当該市町村（住所地特例適用居宅要支援被保険者に係る登録施設介護予防支援にあっては、施設所在市町村）の長が指定する者（以下「指定登録施設介護予防支援事業者」という。）から当該指定に係る登録施設介護予防支援事業を行う事業所により行われる登録施設介護予防支援（以下「指定登録施設介護予防支援」という。）を受けたときは、当該登録施設要支援被保険者に対し、当該指定登録施設介護予防支援に要した費用について、登録施設介護予防サービス計画費を支給する。
