The provisions of Article 11, and Article 13, paragraphs (2), (4), (8), and (9) of the Non-Contentious Case Procedures Act (Act No. 51 of 2011) (excluding the parts concerning a challenge) apply mutatis mutandis to the disqualification of labor tribunal members.
労働審判員の除斥については、非訟事件手続法（平成二十三年法律第五十一号）第十一条並びに第十三条第二項、第四項、第八項及び第九項の規定（忌避に関する部分を除く。）を準用する。
A judicial decision on the disqualification of a labor tribunal member is made by the district court to which that labor tribunal member belongs.
労働審判員の除斥についての裁判は、労働審判員の所属する地方裁判所がする。
