The methods set forth in Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under paragraph (1) of Article 106 of the Act shall be listed as follows:
法第百六条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める方法は、次に掲げる方法とする。
To post or maintain a copy of such laws and regulations, etc. at an easily viewable location at each workplace at all times
常時各作業場の見やすい場所へ掲示し、又は備え付けること。
To deliver written copies to the workers
書面を労働者に交付すること。
To make a record in a file stored on a computer used by the employer or in a file prepared by means of the electronic or magnetic recording medium provided in item (iii) of paragraph (3) of Article 24-2-4, and to install at each workplace equipment by which workers can check the contents of that record at any time.
使用者の使用に係る電子計算機に備えられたファイル又は第二十四条の二の四第三項第三号に規定する電磁的記録媒体をもつて調製するファイルに記録し、かつ、各作業場に労働者が当該記録の内容を常時確認できる機器を設置すること。
