Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 23 amending Article 8-2, paragraph (4) of the Labor Relations Adjustment Act (excluding the part replacing "National Enterprise Labor Relations Act" with "Act on Labor Relations of National Enterprises and Specified Incorporated Administrative Agencies") and amending Article 8-3 of that Act, the provisions of Article 24 amending Article 3, paragraph (2), Article 25, Article 26, paragraph (2), Article 29, paragraph (2) and Article 34, paragraph (2) of the National Enterprise Labor Relations Act, the provisions of Article 25 amending Articles 19-3 and 19-7 and Article 19-12, paragraph (4) of the Labor Union Act and amending Article 19-13, paragraph (4) of that Act (limited to the part replacing "six persons" with "seven persons"), and the provisions of paragraphs (1), (2), (4) and (5) of the following Article come into effect as of the date specified separately by Act.
この法律は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第二十三条中労働関係調整法第八条の二第四項の改正規定（「国営企業労働関係法」を「国営企業及び特定独立行政法人の労働関係に関する法律」に改める部分を除く。）及び第八条の三の改正規定、第二十四条中国営企業労働関係法第三条第二項、第二十五条、第二十六条第二項、第二十九条第二項及び第三十四条第二項の改正規定、第二十五条中労働組合法第十九条の三、第十九条の七及び第十九条の十二第四項の改正規定並びに第十九条の十三第四項の改正規定（「六人」を「七人」に改める部分に限る。）並びに次条第一項、第二項、第四項及び第五項の規定は、別に法律で定める日から施行する。

第四条（政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding two Articles, matters necessary for the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
前二条に定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関し必要な事項は、政令で定める。
