Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures upon Partial Amendment of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance
第五条（労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of final insurance premiums pertaining to the businesses with a definite term specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare set forth in Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Insurance Premiums of Labor Insurance in respect of which the insurance relation of labor insurance pertaining to the industrial accident insurance prescribed by Article 3 of the same Act has been established prior to the effective date, the provisions then in force remain applicable.
