Article 79Publication of Application Information, etc. of Workplaces

The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to publish the name or title of the employer who has made the notification under the provisions of Article 4-2, paragraph (1) of the Act, the employer's address or location, and whether or not the business is one for which insurance relations pertaining to industrial accident insurance and employment insurance have been established (where a notification of change has been made under the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, the particulars after the change), by a method of making them available for public inspection through the use of the Internet.
