An employer who has installed a stamp insurance premium payment register pursuant to the provisions of Article 23, paragraph (3) of the Act must report the status of use of the stamp insurance premium payment register for each month, by means of a report stating the following matters, by the last day of the following month, via the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office having jurisdiction over the location of the workplace where the stamp insurance premium payment register has been installed, to the Revenue Collecting Officer of the Prefectural Labor Bureau for the payment register:
法第二十三条第三項の規定により印紙保険料納付計器を設置した事業主は、次に掲げる事項を記載した報告書によつて、毎月における印紙保険料納付計器の使用状況を翌月末日までに、当該印紙保険料納付計器を設置した事業場の所在地を管轄する公共職業安定所長を経由して、納付計器に係る都道府県労働局歳入徴収官に報告しなければならない。
