When the Revenue Collecting Officer of the Prefectural Labor Bureau for the payment register revokes the approval under Article 23, paragraph (3) of the Act pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (4) of that Article, the Revenue Collecting Officer is to notify the person whose approval is revoked by a document stating that fact and the reasons for it. In this case, the Revenue Collecting Officer of the Prefectural Labor Bureau is to release the seal under Article 50, paragraph (3) and take any other necessary measures with respect to the stamp insurance premium payment register pertaining to the revocation.
納付計器に係る都道府県労働局歳入徴収官は、法第二十三条第四項の規定により同条第三項の承認を取り消す場合には、その旨及びその理由を記載した文書により当該承認を取り消される者に通知するものとする。この場合には、当該都道府県労働局歳入徴収官は、当該取消しに係る印紙保険料納付計器につき第五十条第三項の封の解除その他必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
