The rate specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare within the range of 40/100 under Article 12, paragraph (3) of the Act is as set forth in Appended Table 3 (for a construction business or a business of felling of standing trees for which the amount of final insurance premiums for any of the insurance years in the three consecutive insurance years prescribed in that paragraph is 400,000 yen or more but less than 1,000,000 yen, Appended Table 3-2).
