第九十条（労働基準監督署長及び労働基準監督官）
The Chief of the Labour Standard Inspection Offices and the labor standards inspector is in charge of administrative functions related to the entry into effect of this Act, pursuant to Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
労働基準監督署長及び労働基準監督官は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、この法律の施行に関する事務をつかさどる。
