A person who has provided a bribe as prescribed in paragraphs (1) through (3) of the preceding Article or who has offered or agreed to do so is subject to imprisonment for a term of three years or less or to a fine of 2,500,000 yen or less.
前条第一項から第三項までに規定する賄賂を供与し、又はその申込み若しくは約束をした者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は二百五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
If a person who has committed a crime prescribed in the previous paragraph has self-denounced, the person may be given a reduced sentence or granted an absolute discharge.
前項の罪を犯した者が自首したときは、その刑を減軽し、又は免除することができる。
