第五条（船員労働委員会の廃止に伴う経過措置）
Acts necessary for the commissioning of mediator candidates and the preparation of the list of mediator candidates prescribed in Article 21, paragraph (3) of the Act on Promoting the Resolution of Individual Labor-Related Disputes as amended by the provisions of Article 11 may be performed even before this Act comes into effect.
第十一条の規定による改正後の個別労働関係紛争の解決の促進に関する法律第二十一条第三項に規定するあっせん員候補者の委嘱及びあっせん員候補者名簿の作成のために必要な行為は、この法律の施行前においても行うことができる。
