The authority of the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency (including the authority delegated pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph) provided for by the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act may be delegated to the director of the regional immigration services bureau, pursuant to Ministry of Justice Order.
出入国管理及び難民認定法に規定する出入国在留管理庁長官の権限（前項の規定により委任された権限を含む。）は、法務省令で定めるところにより、地方出入国在留管理局長に委任することができる。
