if a written detention order has been issued: the measure of handing over the suspect to an immigration control officer together with the documents and articles of evidence; or
収容令書が発付されたとき 当該被疑者を書類及び証拠物とともに入国警備官に引き渡す措置

together withand providing the documents and articles of evidence, and electronic or magnetic records, to the officer; or収容令書が発付されたとき
当該被疑者を書類及び証拠物とともに入国警備官に引き渡す入国警備官に対し、当該被疑者を引き渡すとともに、書類及び証拠物並びに電磁的記録を提供する措置
