DeletedIf a direct transit passenger has provided, by electronic or magnetic means and pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order, the particulars specified by Ministry of Justice Order as the information necessary to prove that the passenger conforms to the following conditions, the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency may grant certification that the passenger conforms to those conditions:削除出入国在留管理庁長官は、直行通過者から、法務省令で定めるところにより、次に掲げる条件に適合していることを証明するために必要な情報として法務省令で定める事項が電磁的方式によつて提供されたときは、当該条件に適合している旨の認証をすることができる。
