If the representative of a corporation or the agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation or individual commits a violation referred to in Article 38 through the preceding Article in connection with the business of the corporation or individual, the offender is to be subject to punishment, and the corporation or individual is to be subject to the fine referred to in the relevant Article.
