in the case of treatment subject to specified disease benefits that is received on or after the month following the month that includes the day on which the person reaches the age of 70 and is outpatient treatment: the amount specified in each of (a) through (c) in accordance with the category of persons listed in (a) through (c) below (for that relating to medical treatment under the special rule on reaching age 75, the amount obtained by multiplying the amount specified in each of (a) through (c) by 1/2):
七十歳に達する日の属する月の翌月以後の特定疾病給付対象療養であって、外来療養である場合 次のイからハまでに掲げる者の区分に応じ、それぞれイからハまでに定める額（七十五歳到達時特例対象療養に係るものにあっては、それぞれイからハまでに定める額に二分の一を乗じて得た額）
