a person listed in paragraph (3), item (v): 25,700 yen (12,850 yen for that relating to medical treatment under the special rule on reaching age 75); provided, however, that in the case of repeated high-cost medical expenses for treatment subject to specified disease benefits, the amount is 24,600 yen (12,300 yen for that relating to medical treatment under the special rule on reaching age 75).
第三項第五号に掲げる者 二万五千七百円（七十五歳到達時特例対象療養に係るものにあっては、一万二千八百五十円）。ただし、特定疾病給付対象療養高額療養費多数回該当の場合にあっては、二万四千六百円（七十五歳到達時特例対象療養に係るものにあっては、一万二千三百円）とする。
