Where the amount of premium relating to a specially-insured day laborer is calculated pursuant to Article 168, paragraph (1) of the Act, and where the amount to be borne by a specially-insured day laborer and the amount to be borne by an employer employing specially-insured day laborers are calculated pursuant to Article 169, paragraph (1) of the Act, if the amounts listed in Article 168, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) and (b) of the Act have a fractional amount of less than 10 yen, the fractional amount is to be rounded down.
法第百六十八条第一項の規定により日雇特例被保険者に関する保険料額を算定する場合並びに法第百六十九条第一項の規定により日雇特例被保険者の負担すべき額及び日雇特例被保険者を使用する事業主の負担すべき額を算定する場合において、法第百六十八条第一項第一号イ及びロに掲げる額に十円未満の端数があるときは、その端数を切り捨てるものとする。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to give public notice of the amount of premium relating to specially-insured day laborers, the amount to be borne by specially-insured day laborers, and the amount to be borne by employers employing specially-insured day laborers.
厚生労働大臣は、日雇特例被保険者に関する保険料額並びに日雇特例被保険者の負担すべき額及び日雇特例被保険者を使用する事業主の負担すべき額を告示するものとする。
