Article 37Requirements for Persons Subject to Coordination of Injury and Sickness Allowance
第三十七条（傷病手当金の併給調整の対象となる者の要件）
The requirements specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 108, paragraph (5) of the Act are that the person is not a specially-insured day laborer who can receive injury and sickness allowance under Article 135, paragraph (1) of the Act (including a person who was a specially-insured day laborer; the same applies hereinafter in this Chapter, except in Article 41-2, Article 43-3 and Article 44, paragraphs (2) through (8)).
法第百八条第五項の政令で定める要件は、法第百三十五条第一項の規定により傷病手当金の支給を受けることができる日雇特例被保険者（日雇特例被保険者であった者を含む。第四十一条の二、第四十三条の三及び第四十四条第二項から第八項までを除き、以下この章において同じ。）でないこととする。
