The provisions of Article 27, paragraphs (7) through (12) apply mutatis mutandis if the recommendation under paragraph (5) is issued. In this case, Cabinet Order prescribes any necessary technical replacement of terms.
第二十七条第七項から第十二項までの規定は、第五項の規定による勧告があつた場合について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
The provisions of Article 27, paragraphs (7) through (12) apply mutatis mutandis if the recommendation under paragraph (5) is issued. In this case, the phrase "modification of a measure relating to national security or a similar concern" in paragraph (8) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "modification of a measure relating to national security prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (5) (hereinafter referred to as "modification of a measure relating to national security" in this Article)", and the phrase "modification of a measure relating to national security or a similar concern" in paragraphs (10) through (12) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "modification of a measure relating to national security", and Cabinet Order prescribes any other necessary technical replacement of terms.
第二十七条第七項から第十二項までの規定は、第五項の規定による勧告があつた場合について準用する。この場合において、同条第八項中「国の安全等に係る措置に関する修正」とあるのは「第二十八条第五項に規定する国の安全に係る措置に関する修正（以下この条において「国の安全に係る措置に関する修正」という。）」と、同条第十項から第十二項までの規定中「国の安全等に係る措置に関する修正」とあるのは「国の安全に係る措置に関する修正」と読み替えるものとするほか、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
