Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Employment Promotion Allowance
第二条（就業促進手当に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 56-3, paragraph (3), item (ii) of the Employment Insurance Act as amended apply to the employment promotion allowance for a person who has come to fall under Article 56-3, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Employment Insurance Act on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), and with regard to the employment promotion allowance for a person who came to fall under that item before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
改正後の雇用保険法第五十六条の三第三項第二号の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に雇用保険法第五十六条の三第一項第一号に該当する者となった者に対する就業促進手当について適用し、施行日前に同号に該当する者となった者に対する就業促進手当については、なお従前の例による。
