Conditions may be attached to the designation under the provisions of this Act, and such conditions may be changed.
この法律の規定による指定には、条件を付け、及びこれを変更することができる。
The conditions under the preceding paragraph must be limited to the minimum changes necessary to ensure the steady implementation of the particulars related to the designation, and must not impose unreasonable duties on the person subject to the designation.
前項の条件は、当該指定に係る事項の確実な実施を図るために必要な最小限度のものに限り、かつ、当該指定を受ける者に不当な義務を課することとなるものであつてはならない。
