The provisions of Article 58, paragraphs (2) through (4) apply mutatis mutandis to the diagnosis set forth in the preceding paragraph, and the provisions of paragraphs (1) through (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the attendance on a date for proceedings and statement of opinions by a technical official of the court.
第五十八条第二項から第四項までの規定は前項の診断について、前条第一項から第三項までの規定は裁判所技官の期日への立会い及び意見の陳述について準用する。
The provisions of Article 58, paragraphs (2) through
