A request for the inspection, copying or reproduction of a record of a case for adjudication of domestic relations may not be made if these acts would interfere with the preservation of the record of the case for adjudication of domestic relations or with the performance of the court's duties.
家事審判事件の記録の閲覧、謄写及び複製の請求は、家事審判事件の記録の保存又は裁判所の執務に支障があるときは、することができない。
