The provisions of Article 94, paragraph (3) and Articles 95 through 97 of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis to dates and periods for proceedings of a domestic relations case. In this case, the phrase "the means prescribed in the items of paragraph (1)" in Article 94, paragraph (3) of the Code is deemed to be replaced with "service of a summons and notice of the date to a person who has appeared with regard to the case".
民事訴訟法第九十四条第三項及び第九十五条から第九十七条までの規定は、家事事件の手続の期日及び期間について準用する。この場合において、同法第九十四条第三項中「第一項各号に規定する方法」とあるのは、「呼出状の送達及び当該事件について出頭した者に対する期日の告知」と読み替えるものとする。
