When a person who has filed an application for a registration pursuant to the provisions of Article 942, paragraph (1) satisfies all of the following requirements, the Minister of Justice must complete the registration of that person. In these cases, the necessary procedures concerning a registration are prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order:
法務大臣は、第九百四十二条第一項の規定により登録を申請した者が、次に掲げる要件のすべてに適合しているときは、その登録をしなければならない。この場合において、登録に関して必要な手続は、法務省令で定める。
When a person who has filed an application for a registration pursuant to the provisions of Article 942, paragraph (1) satisfies all of the following requirements, the Minister of Justice must complete the registration of that person. 法務大臣は、第九百四十二条第一項の規定により登録を申請した者が、次に掲げる要件の
