The provisions of Article 131, Article 137, Article 138, Article 140 and Article 168, paragraphs (2) through (4) apply mutatis mutandis to the permission under paragraph (1) and the written permit under the preceding paragraph. In this case, the term "defendant" in Article 137, paragraph (1) is deemed to be replaced with "person subject to the execution of a decision", and the phrase "the name of the defendant, the crime" in Article 168, paragraph (2) is deemed to be replaced with "the name of the person subject to the execution of a decision".
第百三十一条、第百三十七条、第百三十八条、第百四十条及び第百六十八条第二項から第四項までの規定は、第一項の許可及び前項の許可状について準用する。この場合において、第百三十七条第一項中「被告人」とあるのは「裁判の執行を受ける者」と、第百六十八条第二項中「被告人の氏名、罪名」とあるのは「裁判の執行を受ける者の氏名」と読み替えるものとする。
