第五百十一条第三項

The provisions of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the warrant under paragraph (1). In this case, the phrase "the judge" in paragraph (1) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the presiding judge or the judge", and the phrase "paragraph (2) of the preceding Article" in paragraph (2) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "paragraph (2) of the following Article".
前条の規定は、第一項の令状について準用する。この場合において、同条第一項中「裁判官」とあるのは「裁判長又は裁判官」と、同条第二項中「前条第二項」とあるのは「次条第二項」と読み替えるものとする。
