The provisions of Article 463, paragraph (6) apply mutatis mutandis to the submission of the extract of the charging sheet, etc. under the provisions of Article 271-2, paragraph (2) as applied with replacement of terms in the preceding paragraph.
第四百六十三条第六項の規定は、前項において読み替えて適用する第二百七十一条の二第二項の規定による起訴状抄本等の提出について準用する。
