The submission of the extract of the charging sheet, etc. under the provisions of Article 271-2, paragraph (2) as applied with replacement of terms in the preceding paragraph is deemed to have been made upon the institution of prosecution for the purpose of the application of Article 338 (limited to the portion pertaining to item (iv)).
前項において読み替えて適用する第二百七十一条の二第二項の規定による起訴状抄本等の提出は、第三百三十八条（第四号に係る部分に限る。）の規定の適用については、公訴の提起においてされたものとみなす。
