When a public prosecutor files a request for a summary order and there is an agreement under Article 350-2, paragraph (1) on the case with the defendant, the public prosecutor must submit the statement of agreement to a court upon filing of the request.
検察官は、略式命令の請求をする場合において、その事件について被告人との間でした第三百五十条の二第一項の合意があるときは、当該請求と同時に、合意内容書面を裁判所に差し出さなければならない。
