第四百五十条第一項

An immediate appeal may be filed against a ruling under Article 446, Article 447, paragraph (1), or paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
第四百四十六条、第四百四十七条第一項又は前条第一項の規定による決定に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
An immediate appeal may be filed against a ruling under Article 444-2, paragraph (2) (limited to the part pertaining to item (i)), Article 446, Article 447, paragraph (1), or paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
第四百四十四条の二第二項（第一号に係る部分に限る。）、第四百四十六条、第四百四十七条第一項又は前条第一項の規定による決定に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。
