第三百十六条の二十七第三項

The provisions of paragraph (1) apply mutatis mutandis to the court where the immediate appeal prescribed in the provisions of Article 316-25, paragraph (3) or paragraph (3) of the preceding Article is pending and the provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to the court where the immediate appeal prescribed in the provisions of paragraph (3) of the same Article is pending.
第一項の規定は第三百十六条の二十五第三項又は前条第三項の即時抗告が係属する抗告裁判所について、前項の規定は同条第三項の即時抗告が係属する抗告裁判所について、それぞれ準用する。
