The provisions of Articles 299-2 and 299-3 apply mutatis mutandis when a public prosecutor or a defense counsel discloses evidence pursuant to the provisions of this Division.
第二百九十九条の二及び第二百九十九条の三の規定は、検察官又は弁護人がこの目の規定による証拠の開示をする場合についてこれを準用する。
