The provisions of Article 316-20 apply mutatis mutandis to the evidence which is deemed to be connected to the allegation to which an addition or alteration should be made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1).
第三百十六条の二十の規定は、第一項の追加し又は変更すべき主張に関連すると認められる証拠についてこれを準用する。
The provisions of Article 316-20 apply mutatis mutandis to the evidence which is deemed to be connected to the allegation to which an addition or alteration should be made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1).
第三百十六条の二十の規定は、第一項の追加し又は変更すべき主張に関連すると認められる証拠について
これを準用する。
