When a public prosecutor, a public prosecutor's assistant officer or a judicial police official has issued an order under the provisions of paragraph (3) and the need for it no longer exists, they must rescind the order, either on their own initiative or upon the request of the person who received the order.
検察官、検察事務官又は司法警察職員は、第三項の規定による命令をした場合において、その必要がなくなつたときは、自ら又は当該命令を受けた者の請求により、これを取り消さなければならない。
