The provisions of Articles 131, 137, 138 and 140 apply mutatis mutandis to inspections and examinations of persons by an expert witness in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1) of this Article.
第百三十一条、第百三十七条、第百三十八条及び第百四十条の規定は、鑑定人の第一項の規定によつてする身体の検査についてこれを準用する。
